Most insurance companies will reimburse for a House Call visit. You will be provided with a Health Insurance Claim Form at time of service. It will be the responsibility of the patient to send this form to their respective insurance company.

House Call Visit Fees:

Regular Hours (M-F 8am-6pm)

After Hours, Weekends & Holidays

Additional fees will apply for any procedures that are performed (laceration repair, injections, etc.)
